A private condominium licensed as a local accommodation, the RC - Patã Residence offers self-catering apartments and a villa just 5 minutes' drive from the Albufeira city centre. It offers access to an outdoor swimming pool, sunny terrace and a garden. The typically Portuguese accommodation is carefully decorated and features living rooms with dining areas, bedrooms with build-in wardrobes, full bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchens. They all enjoy a balcony with a view of the garden and pool area or a terrace, where guests can relax and take a break. Some apartments come with air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player and a coffee machine. Free WiFi access is provided at the condominium entrance. Guests of the Patã are welcome to prepare their meals at their own leisure in the full kitchens. The Residence also boasts outside barbecue facilities. For more dining options, Olhos de Água centre is within walking distance and features many restaurants serving the local fish-based cuisine by the beach, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets. There's also a grocery shop 100 metres away. The iconic, cliff-surrounded Falésia Beach and its water activities are a 20-minute walk from the property. For golfing enthusiasts, there are several golf courses within a 6-minute drive from the Residence. Vilamoura is a 10-minute drive and has a marina, golf courses, a casino, bars and a beach. The Zoomarine Theme Park is located a 20-minute drive. Within Albufeira guests may find attractions like its lively Old Town, the popular Pescadores Beach, famous Oura Beach and The Strip. RC - Patã Residence is just 100 metres from the nearest bus station, Patã de Baixo, where you can take the bus to Vilamoura, Faro or to connect with the Albufeira urban bus. Faro International Airport is 34-minute drive away.

Guests must inform the property about the number of adults and children and their ages. Please note that the deposit to complete the reservation on day of booking or after, must be paid by PayPal (+3.9% + €0,40) or bank transfer (bank expenses charged to the payer). Credit card charges must be requested in advance (subject to an extra charge of 6%). If it's not paid or charged, it has to be paid at check in in cash. RC - Patã Residence will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in in cash. Please note that a EUR 200 refundable security deposit must be paid in cash for the apartments and EUR 300 (in cash as well) for the villa, upon arrival. The amount will be refunded after check out or by PayPal, subject to a damage inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception. Guests must inform the property their estimated arrival time in advance to arrange check in. Late arrivals and departures between 18:00 and 9:00 will incur in additional costs, payable in cash. Arrivals and departures on weekends and holidays will also incur in additional costs.Late check-out after 10:00 is possible upon request, subject to availability and for an extra charge. Early check-in before 17:00 is available on request, subject to availability and for an extra fee. On arrival at Olhos de Água, guests should contact the property using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. Please note that the mandatory final cleaning fee is payable directly at the hotel in cash. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done at the end of stay. Additional service and beach towels can be provided in advance, on request and at an extra charge. Air conditioning, flat screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player and a coffee machine are available upon previous request in some apartments, subject to availability and for an extra fee. Upon check in, guests must present a valid credit card and a copy of a photo identification document on behalf of the holder of the reservation. Please note that the neighbouring property has animals and some noise may be heard. Please note that WiFi is only available at the entrance of the condominium.
